Entelechy Rehab was established in August 2015. Our goal is to deliver comprehensive physical therapy service to our patients and community using our highly experienced staff with outstanding reputation in the medical community. Whether you are a high school or professional athlete recovering from a torn ACL, a truck driver with chronic back issues, or a senior adult with a hip or knee replacement, we can help! The potential in returning to your favorite activity or passion after orthopedic injuries or chronic medical conditions still exist. It is our vision to use comprehensive, evidenced-based practice, and one-on-one care to make your potential become reality.

N. Alex Essienumoh, DPT
CFCE, CEAS/Clinic DirectorDr. Alex is a graduate of The University of Georgia where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2000. He received his professional training from Medical College of Georgia where he earned his Master of Physical Therapy and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees in 2006 and 2009, respectively. Dr. Alex has nearly 10 years of clinical experience in orthopedic, neurological and cardiovascular rehabilitation in various settings including Acute, Subacute, Skilled Nursing, Sports Medicine, and Outpatient settings. He is a Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator (CFCE) and a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS). Dr. Alex has additional training in manual therapy which he is currently working on its certification. He is a life-time Dekalb/Clayton County resident where he resides with his wife and four children.
